Task 1

Disconnected - Brief

for the first scene for the music video, I will be filming in a house or flat which with jazz sat looking out of a window. I will use a long shot for this scene as to show her whole body and also show the more of the area she is in. the shot will be a high angle and will only use the light coming thought the window. the colours in this scene will be slightly muted and have a high contrast ratio. I will use a tripod and DSLR camera for this scene as it will only require a simple set up. 

For the second scene, I will be filming at night on a bridge which will have jazz walking along and looking into the water below. I will be using a tripod and DSLR like before but I will need to use an additional lighting source to keep jazz well lit, I will also want a car lights and lights from buildings in the background and reflecting on the water below. For this scene there will also be a shot which there is more water then bridge and will need a something to attach the camera to. the shot would be a mid shot and be a median angle to create a flat horizon. the colours will be saturated in this scene and the contrast ratio high

For the third scene, I will be filming in a park in the daytime. I would like to have jazz playing the guitar sat on a bench with the shots of the grass and trees in the background. the colours in this scene will be light and but have a tint and the contrast ratio will be low, I will use a tripod and DSLR camera again but I will want a track a dolly to have the ability to have a pull back with jazz stood at the left side of the frame. the shot will be a long shot and the angle high and low for a variety of shots.            

I will be mixing the shot in editing to create a montage style video of all the different scenes and sections involved.
